Dr de Wilde had the honour of attending training in the new Anterior Approach Hip Arthroscopy Technique in Barcelona, Spain, presented by Dr Eric Margalet. This technique has outstanding results with less complications compared to the old technique. Dr de Wilde was the first Doctor in South-Africa to make use of the Anterior Hip Arthroscopy Technique, and has already operated on over 1200 hips by using this new technique.
